GOLDEN ROSE OUTDOOR CINEMA
Varnians and visitors are invited to spend the long and still warm nights of the Festival watching the latest Bulgarian films at the Festival and Congress Centre.
Those who remain nostalgic about old Bulgarian movies or have missed the recently made productions, are invited to attend the free 5 open air screenings held 20–24 September at the Seaside Garden by the Bulgarian National Film Center Executive Agency on the occasion of its 25thanniversary. It is up to the film lovers to decide as to which favourite Bulgarian movies to be screened.
The Best Bulgarian Film online voting closes on 20 August. For the time being Ivan Andonov’s evergreen Yesterday (1988) tops the vote, followed by Tsvetodar Markov’s contemporary While Aya Was Sleeping (2015).
